Take the core skills learnt on Singletrack Success and progress them further!

A rider getting some air over some jumps on a trailSpeed and Flow is Collective Training’s Mountain Bike Course for you if you want to make your riding smoother and more efficient.  Develop skills learned previously, ride faster and find that elusive flow!

Faster cornering and line choice, looking ahead and visualisation, tackling jumps and drops on the trail are all part of the recipe for Speed and Flow!

This course takes place at a number of venues throughout Scotland, and is ideally suited to a private group or club of up to 6 riders wanting to improve together in any suitable location.

This course be run as part of a two day intensive course with Singletrack Success as Day 1
